about

---A DEEP EXPLORATION OF THE INNER SELF---

"What unfolds when you face your profound thoughts and emotions? This music reconstructs the journey one embarks upon while navigating through these experiences. It traverses from hazy images to lucid thoughts, from inner demons to hallucinatory dreams, ultimately leading to a phase of introspective contemplation." - The Phlod-Nar

Released in coorperation with Owlripper Recordings:
"The album is presented as a concept where an individual is entering several rooms, while contemplating the impact of each experience.

With this introductory text from The Phlod-Nar in mind, this opens up the understanding that where you start, where you aim for, where you go and where you end up will all be different to what you imagined at each turn or thought.

Vast colourful ground is covered, across all aspects of electroacoustic sound detail; film soundtrack-esque flickerings, industrial rhythms, dark ambient dread, lighthearted abstract avantgarde play, dancing synth patterns, piano tensions, wall of noise bursts, direction changes and long passages that make you wonder what is happening. You will be lost, confused, scared, but entertained and enthralled, and despite the delirium and confusion, you know you must continue

You will reach the end destination, be glad you embarked and stayed on the journey, but you will not remember where or how it started, where you thought it was going to go, and you will not be sure if you really have made it to the end or the sound of the outside world and your surroundings is still part of it."
